We have completed the 2nd round of QA on the URL https://kapitus.com/flexible-terms-to-meet-business-needs/ and below are some of the major observations that need correction.
Short form
- Short form submission step: In Short Form Step 10, as per the approved mockup, the input field should be of type dropdown, along with supporting help text.

The radio button design was created as an alternate option but was not approved. It was inadvertently left in the mockup and subsequently added to the new form. This design has now been removed from the mockup.
- Business start date: Users are still able to select future dates and continue to the next step – example Sep 2026. There should be a validation that prevents the users to select a future date.
- How did you hear about us: When a user selects the option “Others”, the continue button does not activate – even when the “Please specify” field is filled
- How did you hear about us: The input values are the older version. The dropdown should have values as present in /trusted-business-loans LP
- Category icons: On mobile, the category icons at the top are displayed in the wrong order. The correct order is “Business Details”, “Personal Details” and “General Information”
Long form
- Date of birth: Users are still able to select future dates and continue to the next step – example Sep 2026. There should be a validation that prevents the users to select a future date.
- Business Website: Input field does not accept multiple “.” Example – “www.kapitus.com” is not accepted, but “kapitus.com” is accepted. The field also does not allow usage of “/” which is commonly used in URLs
- Business Address: Business Address in mobile layout does not match the mockup. The input fields should be displayed in a single-column instead of a double-column layout. The current layout causes content overlap when validation message appears
- Home Address: Home Address in mobile layout does not match the mockup. The input fields should be displayed in a single-column instead of a double-column layout. The current layout causes content overlap when validation message appears
- Accessibility: In the “What do you need the funds for” and “Signature” steps, tab functionality is working but not getting highlighted at the check box options.
Landing page
- Missing FAQ: The FAQ related to minimum credit score is missing in the new LP
- Eligibility Criteria: The text “Don’t meet all of the criteria? Kapitus may be able to help you access other financing options from members in our financing network.” is missing in this section as per the mockup.
- Application process steps: The headline does not match the mockup; it should be “Apply for a Business Loan in 5 Simple Steps.”
- Why Kapitus: The headline does not match the mockup; it should be “Why Choose Kapitus for Your Business Loan?”
- Section 2: The headline does not match the mockup; it should be “Find the Best Business Loan for Your Needs”

We have also made GTM updates to track the elements in the new LP. These changes are present in the workspace called “iQ – Landing page tags”. Please review and publish the updates. You can also refer to the attached file for the newly created GA4 events in the LP.
