Hope you are doing well!

Based on our findings from the QA exercise, here are the fixes that are needed for test 3:

  1. VWO Code: The VWO code has to be placed at the top of the <head> section in both /business-financing-options/ and /trusted-business-loans/ landing pages. We are seeing a re-occurrence of the flicker issue that we experienced in test 2
  2. Tagging implementation: Tagging updates including Hotjar tag has been implemented in the workspace named “iQ – Form Test 3”. Please review the attached SDR and publish the same
  3. Slow load time between steps: The load time between steps of the form is between 300-600ms. Although the delay has improved compared to the last time this issue was called out, it is still significant enough to cause a bad user experience and lead to higher form drop offs.
  4. Blurry images: Images in /trusted-business-loans/ LP appear blurry and not of good quality. We recommend exporting them in 2X resolution PNG format to ensure they maintain a visually appealing quality. If the image sizes were optimized to improve page speed, please ensure a balanced approach so that the quality is not compromised.
  5. Security: Please verify that special character restrictions are properly enforced in text fields. The following special characters ({}[]<>?|\/+=)*&^%$#@! should be restricted for the fields – Business Name, First name and Last Name (note: For Email field, the special character @ should be allowed). While manual entry of these characters is currently restricted, users are still able to copy and paste them into the fields. This poses a potential security risk, including vulnerabilities like SQL injection.
  6. Important UI errors:
    1. On mobile devices, in the final step (“How would you like to proceed?”), when both validation messages are displayed, the Submit button overlaps and partially obscures the T&C statement. As the T&C is critical from a compliance standpoint, it’s essential that it remains fully visible and is not hidden by the button. Please refer to the screenshot below.
    2. The validation message for hCaptcha does not go away when user correctly re-submits the hCaptcha
    3. The UI on the date picker calendar plugin on certain narrow mobile devices (iPhone SE, Samsung Galaxy S8+, Galaxy Z Fold 5 etc.) needs to be fixed. Imperfect, overlapping circles around the dates and month/year dropdowns overlapping with side arrow buttons makes the UI look unprofessional.
  7. Update the copy and imagery on the /business-financing-options/ landing page based on the copy document shared by Bernadette and the images provided by iQuanti in the mockup.
