Just following up on the progress of the bug fixes for the new Test 3 LP. Could you also share an estimated timeline for completion so that we can plan for the VWO set up and launch accordingly?

We’ve observed that while some issues initially highlighted have been resolved, a few still persist. Below are the issues that are still visible on the page:

Performance

• The load time between steps is still high. When the user clicks the “Get Started,” “Continue,” or “Go Back” buttons, the next/previous steps load slowly. While the delay between steps in competitors is negligible, we have observed delays averaging ~600ms on the new form. Few competitors that we have referred to are:

Functionality

Form Related

• The additional text box does not appear when “Others” is selected as the “Referral Source” in the “How did you hear about us?” step
• The “Business Name,” “First Name,” and “Last Name” fields should accept spaces but currently do not
• The email field accepts the  ~ character, shows an error, but still allows the user to proceed to the next step
• Fields with a minimum required length of 3 characters still allow the user to proceed even when input is less than 3 characters
• When the user selects hCaptcha, the error message should disappear. But it is not happening currently.

Page Related

• On mobile only, clicking the “Apply Now” CTA does not scroll to the first fold where the form is present.

UI/UX

• On mobile (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S8), in the “And the best phone number to reach you on”? step, the validation help text shifts under the “Continue” CTA when an error appears.
• The order of the options under the “Referral Source” dropdown needs to be revised. Please refer to the “Referral Source Dropdown” of the attached QA report for the correct order
• In the “Referral Source” dropdown, the “Social Media” option should be renamed to “Social Media / Others.”
• In the “When did you start your business” step, in the calendar, the Year and Month dropdown width needs to be increased.
• On Mobile: The hCaptcha error message UI is breaking in the “Samsung Galaxy S8+” device.
• Specially on devices like Samsung Galaxy S8+, the disclaimer breaks when the user clicks the “Submit” button without selecting the hCaptcha or the “I would like to” checkbox.
• Trust inducers like $7Billion etc are present on white background in mockup, but grey on the staging link.
• In the “Why Choose Kapitus for Your Business Financing?” section, text is left aligned on business financing options page, while centre aligned in the staging link.

• Image number 2 and 3 on the landing page to be updated based on the ones in the mockup.
