Hi Wil,
Hope all is well! There is an upcoming large-scale project that is going to target prospects who are opening emails but not taking action and having different touch points following them throughout their journey. This campaign would include multiple channels like emails, SMS, call prompts for our reps to reach out, direct mail, etc. We are currently researching and mapping out the branches of data and what automation tools we can use to tie it all together so it’s cohesive and each item isn’t operating as a silo.
Josh B. did some research and found a list of automation tools, and out of his list, I like the below 3 tools best. We would like to pick your brain to see if you ever heard of or worked with any of these and to see what your thoughts are for the best multi-channel automation tool:
• Zapier: A web automation tool used to connect web apps and services. It connects to thousands of other apps to automate and streamline online workflows without coding, whether automating things like social media, project management, SMS, email, or meetings.
• Salesloft: A comprehensive sales engagement platform that goes beyond just email. It includes powerful features for phone outreach (dialers, call recording), SMS messaging, and even direct mail automation. Salesloft allows you to create complex, multi-step sequences that engage prospects across multiple channels.
• Outreach: Similar to Salesloft, Outreach is a leading sales engagement platform with a strong focus on automation and personalization. It offers robust features for email, phone, and social selling, allowing you to orchestrate coordinated outreach campaigns.
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
