A recent request came in for Equipment Finance from the operations team, regarding the vendor application links and how the output looks when they are processing applications submitted through the vendor application links.
Are we able to make the following updates (for the post submission output document – example attached)?
- Any field that is left blank should appear on the output document, even if it is left blank, i.e., if they opt to leave SSN blank, the output document should show the SSN field regardless of if it’s filled in or not.
- Is it possible for the “Equipment Information” fields (i.e., “Equipment Description”, “Equipment Cost”, and “Vendor”) to populate on the first page of the output document? Example in the attached showing this info bleeding into the second page.
